Privacy Policy
iManifest Ltd ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Account details: full name, username, email address, phone number and password (stored hashed).
- Profile and activity: courses, quiz results, coins, purchases, forum posts, journal entries, job applications and uploads.
- Payment records: pack or package bought, amount, date and Stripe reference IDs. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies needed to keep you signed in, and server logs.
Why we use it
To create and run your account, deliver courses and features, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, send service messages (for example receipts and password resets), and improve the Service. We send marketing email only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run iMU, such as Stripe (payments), our web host and email delivery providers, only as needed to provide their services. Some providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep information while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can access or correct your information in your profile, or ask us for a copy, a correction, or to delete your account by contacting us. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
